2. Purchase, Pricing, and Delivery

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joseph's Well, its creator (John Gilmore), its employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our digital products or the physical system you construct.

This includes, but is not limited to, liability for physical injury, property damage, electrical issues, or adverse health effects resulting from the consumption of water produced by the system.
